Privacy Notice

Last updated: November 7, 2026 · Beta service

LHTSOFT Design is a browser-based design editor operated by LHTSOFT. We aim to keep your creative work under your control. This notice describes the design editor's current data flows and the effects of optional third-party services.

1. Design files and local browser storage

Editing and exporting designs takes place in your browser. The editor uses browser storage (IndexedDB and, where available, the Origin Private File System) to keep local project snapshots and image assets. Downloaded .lhtdesign files, PDF files and graphics are saved wherever you choose on your device.

In the current editor architecture, LHTSOFT does not operate an application server that stores uploaded design documents, image files or project text. However, your browser may still make normal web requests to fetch the application and its assets, and web hosting services may record technical connection logs.

Browser storage is not a permanent backup. You can remove it using your browser's site-data controls, or export and keep your own project file.

2. Optional Dropbox, Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive connections

If you explicitly connect Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive, LHTSOFT Design can transfer an editable project directly from your browser to your own account with that provider. Your files then reside with the selected provider according to its terms and privacy practices. No LHTSOFT file-relay server is used for these transfers.

OAuth access tokens are held temporarily in browser memory, not stored permanently as project metadata. Non-secret file references, such as a cloud file path, ID or revision, may be retained in local browser storage to support saving a later version. You can disconnect in the Cloud panel and revoke application access in your provider account settings.

The providers' privacy notices are available at Dropbox Privacy Google Privacy, and Microsoft Privacy. Real-account OAuth integrations are undergoing beta acceptance testing; OneDrive uses an app-specific folder with limited delegated permission.

3. Advertising and cookies

When advertising is configured and enabled, LHTSOFT Design may display ads through Google AdSense. This requires loading Google advertising technology in your browser. Google and its partners may collect or process information, including device information, IP address and cookies or similar identifiers, for ad delivery, measurement, security or personalization where applicable.

Advertising is disabled in development builds until the site operator provides a valid publisher ID, ad units and an explicit enable flag. Empty ad placeholders do not by themselves load the Google AdSense advertising script.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, applicable consent requirements and a Google-certified consent management platform must be addressed before eligible ads are served. Consent prompts and privacy choices depend on the publisher's configured consent platform; they are not yet part of the beta's completed live-account verification.

For more information, see How Google uses information in advertising and Google My Ad Center.

4. Information provided to us

LHTSOFT Design does not currently require an LHTSOFT sign-in to edit a design. If you contact LHTSOFT separately about support, the information you send is subject to the relevant support communication process. We do not claim to anonymize data provided directly to external cloud or advertising providers.

5. Retention and your choices

6. Service changes and contact

This editor is in beta. Features and data flows can change as the service develops, and this notice may be updated accordingly. For information about the operator or ways to contact LHTSOFT, see lhtsoft.com.

This page describes the current software implementation. It should be reviewed and finalized by the service operator before launching live AdSense monetization.
